Bending the materials like acrylic, plastic, PC, PVC and PP. Hot bending process equipment, it can be adjusted any angle and shape within 0 -180 degree.

A. Comparing with common bending machine, this acrylic bender is equipped with 2 heating lines, can bend 2 angles meantime, so double working efficiency.
B. Besides all of functions same as ABM-SB series common bending machine, its largest advantage is the rear bender can form 0-degree angle automatically with high precision, save working time and labor cost.
C. This machine is equipped with angle adjusting screws and meters, both of the 2 angles formed by rear and front bender can be adjusted according to exact demand.
D. The heating gap is adjustable, generally speaking it should be 3-4 times of work piece thickness. E.g. material thickness is 3mm, the heating gap should be set in the range of 9-12mm.
E. The distance between 2 heating lines are adjustable in the range of 120mm-530mm.
F. When you do not need to form 2 angles meantime, please start “single line working status”, then the rear bender will stop working, just front bender works.
G. Complete and perfect water cooling system, as well as temperature sensor built in, when water temperature in the pipe is ov er 50℃，it will alarm automatically.
H. The machine is equipped with back positioning ruler; it is quite useful to keep high uniformity for batch bending per time.

Remark: Thickness range ending: 0.8mm to 6mm (there is no need to cut a slot on the sheet), 6mm to 20mm (there is need to cut a slot on the sheet)
